This garment is hand-made and hand-dyed; hence, there may be some irregularities in each piece.

Exchanges and Returns:

Need a different size or color? No problem! Contact us at friends@tailordidi.com within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for exchange/return. Please ensure the item is unused and has its original tags. We'll guide you through the process.

• Please note that products exchanged once will only be exchanged for a second time.
• Products purchased on sale are final and not eligible for exchanges.
• Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Products purchased using a credit note cannot be exchanged or returned.

Discount Coupons:

Returned your order? We'll issue a discount code equivalent to your order value minus INR 150 for quality check and restocking, plus any COD charges. The code is valid for 6 months and can be used for future website purchases.

Cancellations:

Changed your mind? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we'll issue you a credit note for the full order value, valid for six months.

International Orders:

Shipping worldwide! Flat rate of INR 2500, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks. Please note, any customs charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, we can't offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
