TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order. 

DELIVERY

Our current delivery timeline is about 14-21 working days. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.
If you’d like to have your order delivered around a particular date, you can get in touch with us at friends@tailordidi.com. Charges may be applicable.

 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece that goes out of our studio. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love note before sending it to our customer. However sometimes things don't work out, and in such cases, we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you.

If you'd like to exchange or return your outfit, please write to us at friends@tailordidi.studio with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure. Please follow the steps and ship the product back to us within the timeline stated. 

  • Kindly ensure that the returned product is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange. Exchange pieces will be processed as per our shipping timeline, as all pieces are made to order.
  • Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion via email. Any outfits sent to our store without prior discussion by mail will not be accepted and will have to be picked up by the customer.
  • Please note that products exchanged once will only be exchanged for a second time.
  • Products purchased on Sale will not be eligible for exchanges and are considered final sale.
  • Customized products will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • Products purchased using a credit note will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

 

DISCOUNT COUPON

In the event of returns, we issue a Discount code equivalent to the value of the order minus QC and restock charges of INR 150 plus COD charges, if any. Discount Code have a validity of 6 months and are redeemable only on website purchases. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds. 

 

CANCELLATIONS 

In case of cancellation, please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order. A credit note of the full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of six months.
