SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic Orders (India):

• Delivery timeline: 7-14 business days

• Shipping: Prepaid orders are free.

International Orders:

• Shipping charge: Flat INR 2500 per product (if more than one product is ordered, shipping cost may increase; we will contact you via friends@tailordidi.com or via WhatsApp with updated charges if needed)

• Delivery timeline: 7-21 business days

• Any applicable customs and duties must be paid by the customer upon arrival.

For Both Domestic and International Orders:

• Any delays due to logistical issues are beyond our control.

• If you’d like your order delivered on or around a specific date, please contact us at friends@tailordidi.com or via WhatsApp (charges may apply).

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

• Every piece is crafted with care, inspected for defects, and packaged with a love note.

• To exchange or return your outfit, contact us at friends@tailordidi.com or via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the exchange/return.

• Ensure the returned product is unused, unworn, and has the original tags intact.

• Exchanges/returns are processed only after prior discussion and quality check, as every piece is made to order.

• Items exchanged once can only be exchanged for a second time.

• Products purchased on sale, customized items, or those bought using a credit note are not eligible for exchanges/returns.

• For international orders: Generally not eligible for returns/exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. In such cases, contact us immediately with supporting documentation. We will either offer a replacement or process a refund after verification. If the issue isn’t due to our error, returns may be accepted at your expense upon mutual agreement, with a replacement sent once the item is received.

DISCOUNT COUPON

• In the event of a return, we issue a discount code for the order value minus quality check and restock charges of INR 150 plus any applicable COD charges.

• Discount codes are valid for 6 months and can only be redeemed on website purchases.

• Cash refunds are not offered.

CANCELLATIONS

• To cancel your order, contact us at friends@tailordidi.com or via WhatsApp within 12 hours of placing your order.

• Cancellations beyond this period depend on the order’s status.

• If a cancellation is accepted, a credit note for the full order value will be issued, valid for six months.
